i ordered something and on order tracking it says.

At U.S. Postal Service facility, Arrived at local Post Office - Allow one to two additional days for delivery.

That was of yesterday, so could i receive it today? (Saturday)

But if you attract customers and respond to their request they can build trust by creating business relationships. Have your sales staff offer valuable information that the customer wants to hear. It's based on addressing the customers needs instead of just selling and being a middle man for a sale. It has to be a comfortable feeling for both parties.
